Returns & Cancellations
For online orders, customers generally have 14 days from receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel. Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification.

Underwear Returns
For hygiene reasons, we ask customers to ensure underwear is unworn and in its original condition when returned. All returns are subject to applicable consumer rights

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer law.

Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.

Return Postage
Customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, provided this was made clear before purchase. Return arrangements for faulty or incorrect items will be advised accordingly.
